Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to any statute or statutory provision include all amendments, modifications, and re-enactments of that provision from time to time.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. In the event of any ambiguity, the interpretation most consistent with applicable consumer protection principles shall apply. Section headings are provided for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of any clause.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to open and maintain a gv44 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the entire duration of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age and can provide valid documentary proof of your age when requested during the KYC process.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the gv44 platform via self-exclusion or operator-initiated closure.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited by law. You accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of online gambling in your location.
• You hold only one (1) registered account on gv44. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or family member of a gv44 employee who has access to non-public platform information that could constitute an unfair advantage in betting.
• You understand and acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk, and you are wagering only with funds that you can afford to lose without adverse impact on your financial obligations.

gv44 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents from any Player at any time. Where a Player fails to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period, gv44 may suspend the account, withhold pending withdrawals, and refer the matter for further review. Players who are found to have provided false or misleading information during registration will have their accounts closed and funds reviewed in accordance with applicable fraud-prevention procedures.

Account Registration & Verification

Each eligible individual may hold exactly one gv44 account. Registration requires the submission of accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a mobile number associated with your bKash, Nagad, or other registered payment method. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at the point of registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Following registration, gv44 will conduct KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. KYC verification may require the submission of one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document — National ID card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of residential address — a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits — for example, a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account confirming your registered mobile number.
• Where required by gv44's internal risk assessment procedures, additional documentation including a selfie with your ID or a short video verification may be requested.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication device or code — strictly confidential. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify gv44 immediately at [email protected]. gv44 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All transactions on the gv44 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). gv44 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Visa and Mastercard may also be accepted subject to availability and the Player's card issuer policies.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though gv44 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence for large single transactions or cumulative deposit volumes that trigger internal risk thresholds. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your gv44 wallet within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed on the mobile wallet provider's system.

Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Once KYC is approved, withdrawal requests are processed as follows:

• bKash / Nagad: Typically processed within 15–30 minutes of approval during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) operating hours.
• Rocket / Upay: Typically processed within 1–4 hours of approval.
• Bank Transfer (Dutch-Bangla, City Bank, BRAC Bank): Processed within 24 hours of approval on standard banking days, excluding public holidays.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Withdrawals will be returned exclusively to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise agreed in writing with gv44's payments team. This anti-money-laundering requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all Players without exception.

gv44 does not charge any platform-side fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees or limits. gv44 is not responsible for any charges imposed by third-party payment service providers. Players are advised to confirm applicable fees with their payment provider before initiating transactions.

Bonuses & Promotions

gv44 offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins on selected slot titles, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to cricket events such as the BPL and T20 World Cup. All bonuses are governed by the specific terms published alongside each promotion on the gv44 platform, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions.

The following general principles apply to all gv44 bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players who have completed KYC verification. Players who have self-excluded or whose accounts are under review are not eligible to claim or use bonuses.
• Each bonus has a wagering requirement — a multiplier indicating how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. The applicable multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page before you opt in.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Sports bets typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino games may contribute between 10% and 20%. Certain game categories may be excluded from wagering contribution entirely — these exclusions are listed on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses have an expiry period — typically 30 days from the date of award unless stated otherwise. Any unused bonus funds or free spins will be removed from your wallet automatically on expiry.
• gv44 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time, provided that modifications do not adversely affect bonuses already accepted by Players and in active wagering.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including through multiple accounts, organised play, arbitrage, or exploitation of technical errors — will result in bonus forfeiture and account review. gv44 applies statistical analysis to identify patterns consistent with bonus abuse.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the gv44 platform are final once confirmed. A wager is confirmed at the moment gv44's system records the bet and deducts the corresponding amount from your wallet balance. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet selections, stake amounts, and event details before confirming any wager.

gv44 reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed after the event, match, or game outcome was already determined — commonly referred to as "past-posting".
• The bet was placed at odds that were clearly published in error due to a technical fault, data feed failure, or pricing error. gv44 will notify affected Players within 24 hours of voiding such bets.
• The underlying event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed without rescheduling within a timeframe specified by the applicable sport's governing rules.
• gv44 has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed in breach of these Terms & Conditions, including evidence of match-fixing, insider information, or coordinated betting activity.

For casino and RNG games: the result of each game round is determined by a certified random number generator and is final and binding. In the event of a disconnection or technical interruption during a game round, the round will be resolved in accordance with the applicable game provider's rules, and the outcome recorded by gv44's server at the point of disconnection shall be treated as definitive.

For live dealer games provided by Evolution Gaming or Ezugi: the rules of each table game are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a dispute regarding a live dealer game outcome, gv44 will review the relevant session recording and apply the applicable game provider's ruling. gv44's decision in such matters, following review of the recording, is final.

gv44 sets betting limits — minimum and maximum stakes per event or game round — which are displayed within the applicable betting interface. gv44 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time. Players who are identified as consistently placing large bets on narrow or specific markets may have individual account-level stake limits applied, with reasonable notice provided where possible.

Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gv44 platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and — where appropriate — referral to relevant law enforcement or fraud-prevention authorities:

• Registering more than one account on gv44, whether under the same or different identities, email addresses, or payment methods.
• Providing false, forged, or misleading identification, address, or payment documentation during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform for any activity related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or the proceeds of criminal conduct.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or pricing mistakes to generate guaranteed or near-guaranteed profit — commonly referred to as "bug abuse" or "arbitrage abuse".
• Colluding with other Players in live casino games (including chip-dumping in poker or baccarat) or coordinating with others to exploit sportsbook markets.
• Using automated bots, scripts, AI agents, or any non-human process to place bets, operate casino games, or interact with the gv44 platform in a manner that is not genuinely human and manual.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another Player's account, or to any internal gv44 system, database, or administrative interface.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes against deposits that were legitimately used for gambling activity on gv44. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account closure and recovery action for the amount disputed.
• Depositing funds that belong to or are under the control of another person without their explicit written consent, or using a payment account that is not registered in your own name.

Account Suspension & Closure

Either party — the Player or gv44 — may initiate account closure. Players who wish to close their account may do so by contacting [email protected]. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed and any real-money balance not subject to ongoing wagering will be returned via the Player's last-used payment method. Bonus fund balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

gv44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct outlined in Section 7.
• The Player has provided false or misleading information at any point during registration, KYC, or ongoing account operation.
• gv44 has reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity connected to the account.
• The Player is confirmed to be under 18 years of age.
• The Player's account is identified as a duplicate of an existing account held by the same individual.
• Regulatory requirements, court orders, or other legal obligations require gv44 to restrict or terminate the account.

Where an account is closed by gv44 due to breach of these Terms, the outstanding real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation. gv44 will inform the Player of the reason for closure where legally permitted to do so. Appeals against account closure decisions must be submitted to [email protected] within 30 calendar days of the closure notification, setting out the grounds for appeal in full.

Players who feel they are at risk of developing a gambling problem may request voluntary self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion requests submitted to [email protected] will be actioned within 24 hours, suspending account access for a minimum period of six months. These Terms & Conditions, together with gv44's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy (each published on the gv44 website), constitute the entire agreement between gv44 and each registered Player with respect to the use of the platform. These Terms supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements between the parties on the subject matter covered herein. If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
